A floor of dead equipment, gone in an afternoon.
Moving, downsizing, closing a satellite branch, or finally emptying the storage room nobody opens. We take the whole load - desks' worth of computers, the monitors, the server in the closet, the cabling above the ceiling tiles - and give you one number before we start.
Computers, servers and network gear carry resale or scrap value, so hauling them pays for itself and you're not charged. Monitors, printers and batteries cost money to process at a certified facility, so those are billed per item at a price you see up front. Most loads come in mostly free.
A twelve-person office closing a branch: 14 computers and a server at no charge, two CRTs at $50, a copier at $20, 17 drive wipes at $102. $172 total, quoted before we arrive. Full split on the pricing page.

Same-week windows are normal and next-day happens more often than not. If your building restricts freight elevator hours or after-hours access, say so on the request form - we've worked enough commercial buildouts to plan around it rather than discover it on arrival.
