Professional offices, and the paperwork they actually need.
Stuart runs heavily to law, accounting, insurance and medical practices -
businesses where the retired file server is a compliance question before
it's a disposal question. Almost every Stuart job we quote includes data
destruction, and the certificate is the reason we get the call.

We cover St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River and Okeechobee counties, plus
northern Palm Beach. Free-pickup thresholds vary with drive time - the figures
for each area are on its own page, and per-item fees are the same everywhere.
Free pickup applies at the unit count shown for each area. Below it we quote the
flat trip fee rather than pretend the drive is free. Per-item fees are the same
everywhere - see pricing.
Stuart specifics
Threshold10 units for free pickup, or one full rack. Below that, a $75 flat truck fee, quoted before we mobilise.
TimingSame-week windows across Kanner Highway, Monterey Road, US-1 and the downtown historic district.
MixProfessional and medical offices - usually 10 to 40 machines, one or two servers, and more drives than anyone initially counted.
AccessDowntown parking is the real constraint. Tell us the building and the loading arrangement on the request form; it changes how long the job takes more than the volume does.
Records retention before disposal
Professional practices frequently have retention obligations that outlast
the hardware. If data has to be preserved before the drive is destroyed,
that migration needs to happen before we arrive - we destroy, we don't
archive. Say so on the request and we'll schedule far enough out that
you're not rushing it.

Common questions
Do you provide a certificate of destruction?
With every job that includes data destruction, at no extra charge. It lists each device by serial, the method applied, the date and a signature. That document is the reason most Stuart practices call us.
What's the threshold and turnaround for Martin County?
10 units or one full rack for free pickup, and same-week windows are standard across Kanner Highway, Monterey Road and the downtown district. Under 10 units it's a $75 flat trip fee.
We have records retention obligations. Can you help?
We destroy, we don't archive. If data has to be preserved before the drive goes, that migration needs to happen before we arrive - say so on the request and we'll schedule far enough out that you aren't rushing it.
Parking downtown is difficult. Is that a problem?
It's the main constraint here, more than volume. Tell us the building and the loading arrangement on the request form and we'll plan around it.
